I don't have nearly as many pots on the stove, so to speak, as you and I find that I get burned out. It saps the creativity energy because while I'm creating I'm afraid I'm missing something online. Taking time out for birdwatching is probably the best infusion for my creative juices. It does take time and effort, but in the end if you've done all of that and it doesn't seem to make a huge difference, wouldn't we be happier just doing our craft / art and letting things sort themselves out? When I first started selling in my Etsy shop, I was making sales several times each week, sometimes several in one day. And then all of a sudden it stopped - ZERO - and I don't know if it was the SEO problem they were having or the economy or what . . . . but I'm just going to keep doing what I love, and trust that when the economy picks up so will all of our sales.
